Partnership for access to higher education (PATh) program

Thank you for your interest in the PATH program (matching scholarship program) of the Pennsylvania
Higher Education Assistance Association (PHEAA).

The Chester County Community Foundation holds 50 scholarship funds in trust.  The scholarships are designated to benefit graduating seniors mainly in Chester County school districts.  Applications for the various scholarships are available through the schools guidance counselors.  If the student is awarded a scholarship through our organization their information is automatically forwarded to PHEEA. 

The student must be enrolled in an approved Pennsylvania school, be a State Grant recipient and have a Federal Student Loan and demonstrate financial need for a PATH grant. All you need to do is make sure
that you have filled out and submitted a FAFSA form. You may get the FAFSA form from your school counselor or at www.fafsa.ed.gov. To find out more about the PATH program go to www.pheaa.com
