Text Box: About The L.E.G. Up Foundation... The L.E.G. Up Foundation was established in loving memory of Lucy Elizabeth Graham. Lucy was a beautiful child whose sparkling eyes and smile will never be forgotten. She tragically lost her life just after her second birthday in a car accident.
