Purpose of the Woody's Woods Memorial Fund

 The primary purpose of this fund shall be to make distributions for charitable purposes to assist South Coventry Township in Chester County, Pennsylvania, to enhance and preserve open space in recognition of the value of Woody's Woods; and such charitable causes as recommended by the Fund Advisors and approved by the Board of the Community Foundation
