S.A.V.E. is a nonprofit community group whose aim is to vastly improve the safety of all users of PA 41 and other area roads while maximizing preservation potential in the corridor and minimizing direct and secondary impacts from transportation projects.

S.A.V.E. is organized to research, make public policy recommendations, and educate the public regarding safe and sustainable long-term plans for the transportation infrastructure of southern Chester County, particularly Route 41.

S.A.V.E. will advocate for the balanced integration of transportation planning with comprehensive land use planning and the preservation of the unique natural and historic resources, agricultural lands, watersheds, and environmentally sensitive open space of the region.
