The PNC Financial Services Group Scholarship Fund

 Mission Statement: The primary purpose of this fund shall be to make distributions in compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Educational Tax Credit Program for scholarships to the fund tuition and fees charged by a school to eligible students to attend a school located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Distributions will be made as recommended by the Fund Advisors and approved by the Board of the Community Foundation.
