Dear Friends and Family,

I’m celebrating my 50th birthday by hiking 50 miles through Chester County on September 13-14, 2008.

More than just a physical challenge, or a crazy way to spend a weekend, I’m using this hike to raise awareness and donations for several Chester County based community organizations that I support both financially and as a volunteer. I’d like to try to raise $50,000 for these organizations and I hope you’ll help me reach this goal.

YOU DON’T NEED TO HIKE to be part of my special day. Your financial support and hiking along in spirit is just as important to me.
