Purpose of the Madalene Hayes Conner Scholarship Fund

 The primary purpose of this fund shall be to provide financial support for charitable purpose to students pursuing post-secondary education and other charitable causes as recommended by the Fund Advisor and approved by the Board of the Community Foundation.
