Established in 2011, the purpose of Lauren's Heart Scholarship Foundation is to celebrate Lauren's legacy by awarding annual scholarships to young women graduating from Avon Grove High School.

Lauren Michelle Lowe will always be remembered as a bright, determined, and compassionate young woman who lived life to its fullest. Born with a congenital heart condition, life was especially precious to Lauren.
She loved children and animals.

Although Lauren’s heart condition caused her to face many challenges and miss much time in high school, she persevered and made it. With the dedicated help of loving family and friends, Lauren graduated with the Avon Grove Class of 2008.

Each year Lauren's Heart will award one $500 scholarship to a young woman graduating from
Avon Grove High School.
