Mission Statement...
This fund was created through the generosity of Elizabeth Baldwin Fisher, whose 2003 estate was distributed to the Borough of Downingtown to benefit Kerr Memorial Park.

The goal is to grow this initial endowment to a level sufficient to support the anticipated future operating, program, and capital needs of Kerr Memorial Park in Downingtown, PA.

In the Fall of 2003, the Estate of Elizabeth Baldwin Fisher was distributed to the Borough of Downingtown for the benefit of Kerr Memorial Park.
