Mission Statement...
The
sole purpose of this fund shall be to support the non-profit
operating, program, and capital needs of the Housing Partnership
of Chester County. The Housing Partnership of Chester County is
a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the
quality of life for low-to-moderate income people of Chester
County, by providing the ability to acquire and maintain decent
affordable housing.
