Purpose of the Downingtown Works Endowed Fund

   The sole purpose of this Fund shall be to raise funds, in both endowment and provisional form, to be expended on Charitable and non-profit projects and activities that will maintain and improve the quality of life in the Downingtown, Pennsylvania region.
