Purpose of the Delaware County Community Foundation Fund The purpose of this Fund shall be to provide the Delaware County Community Foundation with a provisional operating account which they may use to carry out the business transactions of the Delaware County Community Foundation preceding its establishment as a 501(c) 3 organization.
