About this Fund...
The Charles A. Melton Scholarship Fund was started by Dr. Clifford
DeBaptiste in honor of Mr. Melton and the significant contributions he made
to Chester County through his many years of civic and community leadership.
Mr. Melton believed strongly in education as a means to strengthening our
learning capabilities so that we can be successful in life.
Mission Statement...
The purpose of this fund is to provide financial support to students
graduating from Henderson High School in West Chester, PA pursuing
post-secondary education.
