 Mission Statement...
The purpose of this Fund shall be to make distributions for charitable purposes to nonprofit organizations and other charitable causes as recommended by the Fund Advisor(s) and approved by the Board of the Community Foundation. 

In particular, this Fund will make distributions for charitable purposes to nonprofit organizations and other charitable causes that promote advocacy and enable access for disadvantaged youth to necessary vision care.

 Considerations...
~ facilitate access to eye care services, such as eyesight examinations, vision screening, etc.
~ provide for vision education, awareness, and safety programs
~ priority given to nonprofits with physicians donating volunteer services
~provide for equipment, mobile outreach services, programs, services, replication
